Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days within the U.S. (holidays may extend shipping times).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We use a different flat rate according to your location.
- Once your order has been handed to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Return Policy
- Inspect your order within 5 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return process and Refund
To start a return, please contact us at tituneskittes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions by email or phone call for sending your item back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before you check out. If your order has already been packed for shipment, we cannot make changes. All cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Exchanges
To receive your desired item quickly, we recommend returning your current item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
