Shipping

Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped since all of our boxes have craft products. Shipping times may vary during the USA holiday season.

We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at USPS. Please file a claim on the USPS website.

Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 2 days if your order is defective or damaged. Contact us if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted only for 24 hours after the order was placed.
